Dad,
I was looking up something cute and funny to post for your birthday, but nothing seemed to fit just right. Instead, I thought I would just write what I thought.
You have shown me so many things through the course of my life; I just want to let you know that I really do appreciate it.

One of the first things you taught me was to take charge and to define what I wanted to be surrounded by, both in terms of the people and the environment.

You taught me to take advantage of the sweet things in my life, like the cake that has a piece taken out of it. Along with that, you showed me through your own example that sweet things become more cherished when they are shared with others.

You have shown me how to love someone with all your heart, while not expecting anything in return.

There is a bond between our family that I don’t see in a lot of places.
You taught me the importance of facing things head on, whether they be the sunlight or the challenges facing me in life.

All in all, you are an amazing person who I have never failed to draw inspiration from. Thank you for being there for me, without question. I love the bond that we share and I’m sure it will continue to grow as we both do.

Happy Birthday Daddy!
I just want to thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday, I know I haven’t been keeping in touch recently, but I’ve been working through organic chemistry. I enjoyed talking to everyone yesterday and since I made cake, I thought I would post a few pictures.

Photos coming soon…in the meantime, enjoy the 4th fera video =D
We Owe It All To Mother!
It’s your birthday, Mom.
So we will raise a cheer.
For without you, wondrous person,
We would not be here.
Yes, we owe it all to you, Mom.
From the time that we were small,
You encouraged us in everything,
And tried not to let us fall.
Throughout our lives your caring,
Brightened each and every minute.
You loved us and enriched our lives,
And we’re so glad to have you in it!

Duncan and Sheela,
Just came across this video… You were raised by lovely parents and now you are going to be parents to two wonderful kids…
Here’s a life lesson we need to remember and hope we continue this tradition.
Love,
Paras

In case you were ever curious about the Train trip from Mumbai to Bhuj…I’ve mapped it out for you (each marker even has the time the Train stops there). I’ll be taking this train on Wednesday!
The green marker towards the end is Bhachau where I will be getting off. Mapping is fun isn’t it?
Hi all,
Sorry we’ve been delinquent about posting, but we do follow along and love the stories and insights!
