When we spend time together
I want you to know
I enjoy your company so much
I don’t want to go
You’re someone I can count on
When I need a helping hand
You know me so well
You always understand
We have our ups and downs
This we both know
Through it all our bond
Still manages to grow
We may be different
In many ways
But we still enjoy each other
When together we spend our days
What I’m trying to tell you
You may already know
You’re an important part in my life
And I hope this I show
Thanks for all the times you’ve helped me, fought with me, and made me feel special. But, now, this is your special day.
