Big Congrats to Dhenu & Thanks Everyone!

Congratulations to my Best & Dearest Dhenu I had a really nice time at your graduation. This was the 1st time I have ever attended any graduation. Now your professional life starts. You have to go through your Big Bar Exam & then enter the world of law where there is lots of ups & downs. I wish you all the best & support from my side to you. Missed my parents but anyways…..waiting for the time when they are with both of us

Short Summary for those who were not here: It was nice time & tiring too at the end of the day. There were whole lot of people(18 to 28) & almost whole day we were out doing something or the other. Did not even get time to think as what is going on these 2 days, time moved so fast. I think all of them had a very good time visiting Chicago. Weather was nice too, went to Navy Pier, Devon, Jain & Swami Narayan Mandir….. Eat lot of junk
Don’t know what more to write at this moment, may be I will tell nimit to edit if I want to add something more but anyways thanks once again & BIG Congrats to Dhenu.

Cell Phone Contact List

Felt this is something of importance to share.

Be careful how you list names on your cell phone!

This lady has changed her habit of how she lists her names on her mobile
phone after her handbag was stolen. Her handbag which contained her
mobile, Credit card, purse…etc…. was stolen. 20 minutes later when
she called her Husband, from a pay phone telling him what had happened,
hubby says “I’ve Just received your text asking about our Pin number and
I’ve replied a little while ago.”

When they rushed down to the bank, the bank staff told them all the
money was already withdrawn. The pickpocket had actually used the stolen
hand phone to text “hubby” in the contact list and got hold of the pin
number.

Within 20 minutes he had withdrawn all the money from the bank account.

Moral of the lesson: Do not disclose the relationship between you and
the people in your contact list. Avoid using names like Home, Honey,
Hubby, sweetheart, Dad, Mom etc……. And very importantly, when
sensitive info is being asked thru texts, CONFIRM by calling back. Also,
when you’re being text by friends or family to meet them somewhere, be
sure to call back to confirm that the message came from them. If you
don’t reach them, be very careful about going places to meet “family and
friends” who text message you.
