I just got this forward today from the NY youth Jain group it said that the Healthy Heart version of Tropicana Orange Juice has fish oil in it. I know we are all very used to reading ingredients on products but I never read them on Orange juice and specially Tropicina … which is supposed to be some sort of a “pure premium” juice with nothing but the fruit. I guess not..

it says that the Healthy Heart Tropicana has, fish oil, fish gelatin tilapia, sardine, and anchovy etc..

That is the one with omega. I have never bought this so dont know. I dont think the regular one has it. All of the omega products makes you naturally think of fish or veg oils

This says that do trust anyone but yourself.
Make sure what you are buying and check the product even if it is a familier product.Is there any rule that if some thing is very littile % they don’t have to write in Ingradients?

If anyone feels like buying the Healthy Heart one in the supermarket, better to go run a few laps around the supermarket…that’s probably good for your heart too
