Zindagi hai choti , har pal mein khush raho…
Office mein khush raho, ghar mein khush raho.
Aaj paneer nahi hai, dal mein hi khush raho,
Chapati nahi hai to kya, Rice me hi khush raho

Aaj gym jane ka samay nahi, do kadam chal ke he khush raho,
Aur kabhi kaam hi na ho to vyayaam me hi khush reho.
Aaj Dosto ka sath nahi, TV dekh ke hi khush raho,
Ghar ja nahi sakte to phone kar ke hi khush raho.

Sehwag ka shatak Door hai, 1 darzan me hi khush raho,
Aaj Cable kharab hai, Doordarshan me hi khush raho.
Aaj gf naraaz hai, uske iss andaz mein bhi khush raho..
Jise dekh nahi sakte uski awaz mein hi khush raho…

Jise pa nahi sakte uske yaad mein he khush raho
MBA karne ka socha tha, S/W mein he khush raho…
Laptop na mila to kya, Desktop mein hi khush raho..
Bita hua kal ja chuka hai, usse mili yaadein hain,un mein hi khush raho..

Aane wale pal ka pata nahi..sapno mein hi khush raho..
Hasnte hanste ye pal beetenge, aaj mein hi khush raho

Our Deepest Fear

You may have read this quote before, but for those of you who haven’t take a look. It has started ringing more true to me lately than ever, so I thought I would share with you.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous,
fabulous, talented? Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of the Spirit. Your playing small
does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that
other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of the Spirit
that is within us. It is not just in some of us;
it is in everyone.

And, as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give others permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.
