No matter what the critics have to say about the Apple iPhone. Scratches or no scratches, after watching this demo, I am all tempted to buy one. The innovative design, the iPod plus the touch screen features make the iPhone a must have device of the new era. wat say? The iPhone is slated to launch in June 2007.
Wanted to let everyone know of my new haircut! This new cut will save me at least 5 minutes each morning. I am pumped…hope you enjoy it

Mark your calendars July 27th, 28th & 29th
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Just want to let everyone know that we have made the reservation for the Family Camping trip.
We have booked one Cottage with a bathroom, one tent site and the rest in cabins that have double beds and bunk beds. We can check in 2 PM on Friday and spend the weekend at the campsite. There is plenty to do in the campsite it self, and in the immediate vicinity of the campsite. We will camp Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
At this point we have not planned any specific activities for the weekend, so any ideas and suggestions are welcome.
We will plan the details of the trip as the time comes but for now please mark your calendars and start making any necessary travel arrangements for that weekend. For those of you that are flying Pittsburgh (PIT) is the closest major airport.
My surprise trip to India was a big big success.
A short description of my entire trip.
Dec 30th ’06: I left Los Angeles at night to reach Mumbai on 1st January morning. Spent 31st night in the plane from London to Mumbai. I was so excited to reach Mumbai.
Jan 1st ’07: Surprised mummy and papa. This was mummy’s reaction when i reached home!!! Quite surprised na…. I like it.
I also surprised bai and kaka’s family and in the night surprised harakh mama and baia at the airport and neena mami.
Jan 2nd ’07 – Jan 5th ’07: Started with my dental treatment and got it done in total 7 sittings. Here’s one happy picture with Dr. Dinesh Patel.
Jan 6th ’07: Met all engineering college friends in the morning at Inorbit Malad and spent time with them till evening
and then later in the night went to Juhu Beach with bhai and bhabhi’s family to Rasraj restaurant, Vile Parle.
Jan 13th ’07: Met all my friends of Kutchi medical group of Bidada at Nirmal Lifestyles, Mulund.
and then finally the day dawned when i had to leave back for LA and here i am back in LA. My return flight journey was nice and fun. All in all a good trip. I also made some progress with Kutchi Dictionary work. I met Dr. Dhiraj Chheda in regards to that and we are aiming to publish the Kutchi dictionary in August ’07. Tomorrow is our Jain Student’s Association visit to the Jain temple. We have rented three cars and around 15 of us are going. Will also upload pics of my Mumbai trip soon and normal routine – studies and work will start from Monday. That’s all for now. Bye.

Thank you all for wishing me Happy Birthday wishes. I completed 55 this year. I am so lucky to have a loving family and remembered my 50th birthday celebrations. Our India trip was great. It started out with a big party (1500 attended) in Vidisha for Atul Bhaiya and Rashami Bhabhi. We traveled through Saurashtra from Div island to Dwarika. Did Girnarji Jatra. Then spent three days in Palitana with Harakh Bhai, Neena Bhabhi, and Bai. Neena Bhabhi with her experience gave us a great tour and helped us in our spiritual experience. Last few days were in Mumbai. Also visited Puna, Kalyan. Weather was great and was impressed with India’s progress. Middle class is also seeing some benefits of the growth. Most sad was visit to Mangal Bha. I hope and pray that he finds the strength and positivity to fight. Hope that we can help in what ever way is possible.
Wish you all the best in 2007. Looking forward for our family get together this summer. Hans is in Devlali doing 5 to 7 hours of swadyaya with Ramnik Bhai, Jaya and Niren, and mummy. He will be back on February 1st. Vivek is back in Africa and hope he takes care of his health there, since it is summer in Africa.
