Hello,
Paras has set up a polling system for us to be able to vote for that weekend for the get together in the summer time.
The intention of this poll is to see who will be able to make it to the dates specified. Please keep in mind that if you can make it to both weekends please vote for both weekends. Only if you have some preexisting commitment that will prevent you from coming to one of the weekends then vote for the other one. We are making this request so that the people with preexisting commitments can be highlighted. The decision will be made based on majority.
Please do this before Dec 25th, as we will decide on that day.
