Petey Sampras is back (kinda) to play some more
He will be playing World Team Tennis. This is exciting news, I hope to catch a couple of his games somehow (even though I have decided to not get cable at home). Read more here: http://url.vg/yahoo/ded102/petesamprastoplayworldte

Hello all,
I want to post something that my chief of nephrology at SUNY has taught me. Being a physician, patients expect you to know all the answers. With the field of Medicine so evolving there always are questions for which we dont know the answers. But it used to feel awkward to tell the patient “I dont Know”. He taught us that it is okay to say “I dont know”when you really dont know. I was surprised that the patients actually liked that I was being honest and this made me go ahead and find the answers to their questions. This way everybody benefits by this simple truth.

Here are some methods to reduce stress
1. Learn to say no: Say yes to what you can handle
2.Find Quiet time: 10-20 minutes reflection : soul searching
3.Take a bredth: Deep breathing really works. When in trouble do it or “just do it” anyway. Really helps
4. Practice and prepare: Imagine ways to handle situation in advance e.g. interview and practice few times.
5. Find perspective: Even complex problems become easy to tackle when broken down in small segments and faced that way. This will also reduce anxiety. ( old saying : one step at a time.) This is not only for parth and Neev but for all of us grown ups as well.
Any thoughts?

As you all know Neena and Nalini are coming closer to their goal of doing 99 yatras. Both have completed about 90 yatras as of today and they are doing fine. They will be leaving for kutch on 5Th of March. They started batting on 7Th January and in 48 balls 90 runs is good score isn’t it ?

Hello All,
I havent posted for long. Just been busy with the move and settling in. however as I was going through medavo, The most interesting part is to read the comments. One can see the creativity of our family while commenting.
One such example is Harakchand Kaka’s comments. specially the one for Mom and Dad’s anniversary. Most of his comments have some meaning or value. It really is fun to read them. Nimit we should have an award for the most creative comment. He surely leads the pack in my view.

Hey, just wanted to tell you guys about goodsearch.com, a website where everytime you search the internet, 1 to 20% of the money that is made from the advertisements from your search will go to a charity of your choice. This program is powered by Yahoo!
and the search results are returned from Yahoo! search, so they will be high quality search results (goodsearch isn’t it’s own search engine).
If you don’t choose a charity, the money made from your search will be distributed automatically to all the charities. You can choose either a school or organization.
Since searching the internet is something we do so often, might as well use goodsearch.com and have some of the revenue go to a good cause.

Alright so I went to get my hair cut.. and I was just getting my hair cut talking to my barber about her 3yr old daughter and all.. and this Indian guy walks in, “Vinay” so he is getting his cut and I am getting mine. His barber asks him “so what are your plans for the week”, you know just causal conversations.. Vinay says “I am going to LA”.. I was kind of shocked..shouted across the shop “wow I am also going to LA” .. Vinay asks “when are you going to LA” I am like “tomorrow 5 PM” Vinay surprised asks “5 PM delta flight” I was like yep… we were pretty shocked but went back to our hair cuts. After a little while Vinay’s barber asks him “so when are you coming back?” Vinay says “Sunday” I was like “what ??? I am also coming back Sunday, what flight are you coming back on?” Vinay says “well I am getting on to the flight Sunday night and arriving Monday morning” I asked “are you taking the 9:30 Delta out of LA?” Vinay says “yeah the one that gets here 5 AM” I was like wow that’s a real crazy what a coincidence.
You must be wondering while Vinay’s barber was asking all these questions and we were talking, what my barber was doing
well she was busy cutting my hair… and saying in the back ground “wow that’s a coincidence” she must have said this liek 10 times in the background … speaking hair after all the coincidence conversation I looked up at the mirror and was like damn my hair looks good
As I was leaving the barber shop I told Vinay “I will come find you at the airport tomorrow”
